Experience summary:

- Working in a joined team of specialists of Emerson Process Management, the main designer of control systems for Vankor Oil Fields Exploration Project (East Siberia, Russia)

Responsibility: revising of existing design of control systems and generating of proposals for instrument replacement in accordance with Emerson’s philosophy and best world practice.

- Working with multinational team in Baku, Azerbaijan, onshore and offshore commissioning of gas export platform TPG-500 (project BP Shah Deniz). Checking of instruments of process and power generation control, HVAC, Fire and Gas detection and suppression systems based on ABB AC800 control system

Responsibility: instrument technicians team management and technical support, connection with project commission management, providing of cooperation with adjacent teams and services, hardware and software faultfinding and trouble shooting, loop certification, local maintenance specialists training, accident prevention and ensuring safe method working.

- Working in GE representative team in Russia and Kazakhstan: support of modernization of diesel-electric locomotives, testing of its power and control systems based on GE Bright Star microcomputer.

Responsibility: supervising and checking of assembling and installation of GE locomotive power-generating and control systems, software uploading and configuration, locomotive commercial testing and software validation testing in Kazakhstan. Fault investigation. Performing of certification tests of modernized locomotives in Russia. Teaching and training of local locomotive operators and maintenance specialists.

- Working in audit team as a team lead on audit of pipelines of the biggest Russian oil transportation company. Safety, productivity and functionality analysis, cost-effect estimation of pump stations, tank farms and pipelines. Evaluation of its power and energy control systems, data processing and transmission systems, blending and metering subsystems. Evaluation of existing leak detection and pressure waves suppression subsystems. Analyze of existing standards and regulations. Creating long and short-term propositions of pipelines development and improving in accordance with current international requirements and best world practice.

Responsibility: checking of installation and calibration of different types instruments such as pressure and temperature transmitters and gauges, valves, level meters, fire and gas detection devices, and others are used on crude oil refinery facilities and power generation installations.
